- The palate has prominent red fruit flavours of raspberries and red cherries elegantly supported by spicy flavours of cinnamon and a touch of eucalyptus. The flavours follow through on the palate with a ripe berry finish. The overall palate feel is fresh and soft with good balance of all the flavours and hint of oak.

- Low pressure crushing occurred, and fermentation of all the components took place on the skins in stainless steel tanks for 10 days with pump overs 3 times a day. Each component was fermented separately and blended afterwards.
